Development experience and skill level are preferred, and knowledge of the Drupal project is helpful, but if you are interested in an entry-level position, we will provide you with training, coaching, and mentorship. We are looking for people with interest in the following areas.

The criteria to join our team
You need to understand we are a small company. We expect our people to do their best work and continue to learn and grow. Our team members expect to be challenged, accept responsibility for their mistakes, and learn from them. Since we don't have the benefits larger teams are offered, we try to make up for it with very flexible hours, with plenty of vacation and personal time. We offer opportunities for workshops, conferences, Drupal community contributions, and training as practical. A few of us work locally, and while we have office space, much of our work is done remotely.
